Fellowship Program

Since our inception in 2007, The Forgotten International has sponsored fellowships that place skilled individuals in the field for a minimum of 8 weeks to work with agencies abroad to help alleviate poverty. We have sent Fellows to work in Cambodia, India, Kenya, Nepal, Peru, and Uganda.
TFI now also offers opportunities for individuals who may have less time to volunteer with some of our grassroots partners. One such group of individuals were five employees from BNP Paribas Bank in New York who went to Sagrada Familia in Peru and spent two weeks working with the children and staff there. If volunteering abroad for one or two weeks is of interest to you, please feel free to reach out to us so that we might discuss this possibility with you as well.
Fellowship requirements and general guidelines are accessible below. Contact us with questions about volunteering abroad at info@theforgottenintl.org.
Take a moment to read the stories of the Former Fellows who have traveled on behalf of TFI. It was because of their experiences and enthusiasm, as well as the meaningful work they each accomplished, that we decided to continue the Fellows Program as part of our commitment to the schools and grassroots organizations we support abroad.
