Tom Nazario spoke to a sold-out crowd about “Global Poverty: What Works and What Doesn’t” at the Commonwealth Club of California in San Francisco. Many thanks to our host and moderator, Ms. Linda Calhoun, who introduced Tom and also selected from the many questions the audience had for Tom after his presentation. Copies of Living on a Dollar a Day were made available through the Commonwealth Club Bookstore thanks to Ms.Renee Miguel. Tom signed books for guests and even one for the Commonwealth Club’s library. Finally, a big thank you to the Commonwealth Club for providing a public forum for dialogue about the important issues of our day since 1903. It was a pleasure to spend an evening with your members.
