Help us reach our goal of $2,700 for special education teachers at The Tabitha Enabling Academy in Nagaland, India.
As to why we do the kind of giving we do, you should know that our thinking is based on two of our twelve simple beliefs. First, we truly believe that all people, regardless of where they happen to be born, should be given the opportunity to lead a healthy and productive life. We feel as much love for a child born in India as we would feel for a child born in Indianapolis. Second, we realize that our foundation has very limited funds to give away. We must use the funds we have available to us in the most effective manner for those we try to help. It is with this in mind that we have grown to realize that our funding will do much more good, for more people in need, if spent abroad.
It is with these cost comparisons in mind that we hope you will see why we do the type of giving we do.
Whether you are an employee at a charitable company with a matching grant program, a member of a community organization that supports projects abroad, or a globally-minded individual who is searching for ways to help others, you can make a difference.
